Good Stealth and Artistic environment combined with intuitive gameplay, the ending and the play-through options depend on your style of playing and the choices made during missions, there are numerous ways to approach your next area so watch out for everything. :)
Assassin's Creed 3
This was supposed to be the Desmond's last excursion into his ancestors memory using the Animus 2.0, this installment introduced some new things like hunting, Naval missions etc., based in the America of 1600's, it had many historical references, but frankly i was somewhat disappointed by the Graphics and Gameplay and felt inferior to its predecessors.
Dirt 3
Okay this is an old favorite of mine, pretty good gameplay and graphics, but seems too easy sometimes.
Farcry 3
Best game played last year, as much as i can remember, totally unique gameplay, Pure sandbox genre, too many ways to go around mission, stealth or Guns, your choice, and to make things interesting, you are in danger fro everyone here, not just the enemies, there is some wildlife too like Komodos, leopards etc.
Mass Effect 3
RPG game with different kind of endings, different kind of character traits, choices to make, every choice counts towards the outcome, so think wisely. Best Fantasy action shooter game from 2012.
Crysis 3
Best Graphics Again, No words, Crytek and CryEngine delivers with Graphics again, Story is kind of short but is intriguing.

Must Play for every Gamer, Best Graphics, Storyline, Nanosuit 2.0, everything is just EPIC, contender for Game of the Year Award from me.
